1 How to take bust size?
You can measure by holding the tape measure from your back to the front parallel to the floor at the widest part of your chest circumference.
2 How to take waist size?
You can measure your waist by passing the tape measure around the area above your hip bone.
3 How to take the hip measurement?
You can get your hip measurement by placing the tape measure on the widest part of your hips so that it is parallel to the floor.
4 How to measure neck circumference?
Take the measurement parallel to the ground, centered around the neck circumference.
5 How to take the inside leg length measurement?
You can find your inside leg length by measuring the length of the tape measure on the inside of your leg, from the crotch to your ankle. Jeans sizes are usually expressed in inches. (W:30, L:32) The first of these numbers represents your waist measurement, and the second represents the measurement of your inner leg length.
6 How to take body size measurement?
Measure your height with your bare feet, on a flat surface, standing upright on a stable place, after determining the highest point of the head, measure up to the sole.
7 Measurement of Foot Length
With a ruler or tape measure, you measure from your heel to the line of your longest toe, giving your foot length.

You can measure the width of your foot by turning the gravel one turn around from the widest part of your foot.
